Ring Push-ups, 6 reps
Burpee, 9 reps

100 Sit-ups
100 medball twists @ 10kg
30 Overhead Sit-ups @ 10kg

    (Only have 22.5kg Dumbbells)

    B] I ended up doing this for time - silly me

    Twists using 10kg plate
    OH Sit ups using 5kg in each hand


    Nice WODS, I hate Burpees and suck atthem!
